Central Arizona College is seeking an independent provider to operate a licensed child‑care center on its Signal Peak Campus. The provider will run a full‑day early‑learning program for children ages 3‑5, manage staffing, curriculum, nutrition (USDA CACFP), compliance with Arizona licensing and NAEYC accreditation, and handle all administrative and financial reporting. The contract is for an initial three‑year term (July 1 – June 30 fiscal years) with two optional one‑year renewals, and the provider must be ready to begin services by August 2025. • Operate a 2,542 sq ft facility (≈40 child capacity) with classrooms, kitchen, and outdoor play area. • Deliver a developmentally‑appropriate curriculum, manage staff ratios, and maintain accreditation and licensing standards. • Provide all required reporting (quarterly financial and operational), insurance, and compliance documentation. • Submit hard‑copy proposals (1 original + 5 copies) by May 13 2025 3:00 PM; questions due by April 21 2025 2:00 PM. • Must supply tuition & fee schedule, budgeting, and demonstrate organizational capacity to manage a multi‑year child‑care operation.
