RFB-PW-2026-042 — Ruby Dee Park Signage

The City of New Rochelle is soliciting bids for the fabrication and installation of two exterior illuminated LED light box signs at the Ruby Dee Park Kiosk. The signs will be mounted to the front façade of the kiosk and will include internally illuminated LED lighting, aluminum cabinet construction, printed and/or routed graphics, and city and police logos. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and tools necessary to complete the work. The scope of work includes field measurements, verification of dimensions and site conditions, preparation of shop drawings, fabrication and installation of the signs, and coordination of electrical work. The project must be completed within 30 days of contract execution. • The signs will be approximately 15 feet wide and 2.5 feet tall, with a depth of 6-10 inches. • The signs will be suitable for permanent outdoor installation and will be weatherproof and corrosion resistant. • The contractor must provide a minimum one-year workmanship warranty and a minimum three-year LED lighting warranty. • The contractor must comply with all New York State labor laws, including prevailing wage requirements. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain insurance coverage throughout the duration of the contract.
