Description
The City of Opa-locka is seeking a qualified contractor to install, integrate, and maintain a force main flow metering network across its wastewater collection system. The project entails the supply, installation, calibration, and maintenance of 15 to 25 flow meters on existing force mains ranging in diameter from 6" to 16". The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a fully integrated system with real-time monitoring capabilities for operational optimization, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance.
• The system must be compatible with the City's SCADA platform
• The contractor must provide training to City personnel on meter usage and data interpretation
• The contractor must provide a comprehensive maintenance plan, including quarterly servicing and annual calibration
• The contractor must provide a warranty and support services for the duration of the contract
