Authorized Honda Motorcycle Service, Repair, Maintenance, and OEM Parts

The City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide authorized Honda motorcycle service, repair, maintenance, and tire services on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor will be required to provide services for the Police Department motorcycles, including preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and tire repair and replacement. The contract is scheduled to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The vendor must be an authorized Honda service provider and must meet certain minimum requirements, including having at least three years of experience providing motorcycle service and repair. The vendor will be required to provide a letter or certification issued by Honda confirming their authorization. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any irregularity in any of the bids.
