Description
The Defense Health Agency is seeking a contractor to provide healthcare facilities accreditation services. The contractor will be expected to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Medical Treatment Facilities accreditations and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) certifications. The contract is expected to begin on 01 April 2026 and end on 31 December 2030, with four 12-month option periods. The contractor will be required to provide onsite accreditation consistent with the MTF 36-month accreditation cycle, conduct patient and system tracers and interviews, and prepare a full written report. The contractor will also be required to provide relevant education and consultation as determined by the on-site surveyors.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform MTF accreditations and PCMH certifications
• Conducting onsite accreditation consistent with the MTF 36-month accreditation cycle
• Conducting patient and system tracers and interviews
• Preparing a full written report
