The U.S. Air Force 375th Contracting Squadron at Scott Air Force Base seeks a firm‑fixed‑price vendor to supply a fully man‑portable, rapid‑deployment vehicle barrier system (M30 crash rating) with a dedicated transport trailer. The system must stop a 15,000 lb vehicle at 30 mph, be deployable in ≤15 minutes for 30 ft of barrier, recover in ≤12 minutes, weigh ≤85 lb per component, require no ground anchoring, and include an ADA‑compliant pedestrian passage. The award will be based on technical acceptability, delivery schedule, and lowest price.
