Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing a five-year lease agreement for a Blood Gas Analyzer. The required analyzer must perform fully automated, on-demand testing and measurement of arterial, venous, and pleural pH, PCO2, PO2, SO2, tHb, FO2Hb, FCOHb, and FMetHb. The lease shall include data management software, installation, staff training, warranty coverage, maintenance, quality controls, reagents, supplies, and technical support necessary to support approximately 800 tests annually.
• The analyzer must meet specific testing parameters.
• The lease must include data management software with upgrades and license renewals.
• Installation and training services must be provided.
• Warranty and maintenance support must be provided for the duration of the lease.
• Quality controls, reagents, and supplies required for testing must be included.
• Quarterly supply deliveries and expedited/overnight delivery when required must be available.
