This solicitation seeks to equip the Columbus Police Department with a complete Computer Voice Stress Analyzer (CVSA) solution. The award will provide three rugged Dell 14‑inch notebooks pre‑loaded with CVSA III software, a USB microphone system, three years of Dell Pro‑Support, and a certified‑examiner training course for up to twelve police personnel. The procurement is funded through the State of Ohio Equitable Sharing Program and requires vendors to be free of any unresolved audit findings with the Ohio State Auditor. The hardware must be supplied without Wi‑Fi capability, reflecting agency security requirements.
