Cisco Reseller and Service Provider

Western Washington University is seeking a vendor to supply Cisco hardware and provide SmartNet Total Care support services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing 24/7 technical assistance, advance hardware replacement, and software updates. The vendor must be an authorized Cisco reseller and a certified SmartNet service provider. The contract term will be for five years, with the option to extend for up to five additional one-year periods. • The vendor must demonstrate a strong track record of reliability, responsiveness, and value-added support in similar environments. • The vendor must provide firm, fixed pricing for all items listed in the pricing template. • The vendor must submit at least three client references that reflect successful engagements involving Cisco product delivery and SmartNet support. • The vendor must agree to sell goods and services to other WIPHE members at the same prices and discounts offered in this solicitation.
