Description
The City of Millen is seeking bids for the construction of the SEID Industrial Water Line Improvements project. The project includes connecting to the existing 8” water main on Old Waynesboro Road, installing a 4,040 LF, 12-inch water main, jacking and boring underneath the existing Norfolk Southern railway, and connecting to the existing 8” water main on Jordan Avenue. The bids are due on April 6, 2026, at 2:00 pm local time. A pre-bid conference will be held on March 19, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Millen City Hall. The project is subject to the Build America Buy America (BABA) requirement.
