PSP Troop F Coudersport Lawn Care Services

The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking a vendor to provide lawn care maintenance services at the Troop F Coudersport location. The services include mowing, weed whacking, and weed control. The vendor must visit the site before bidding and take into consideration all conditions that may affect the bid price. The contract will be for a period of 5 years. The vendor must supply all necessary equipment and remove all clippings, trimmings, and lawn debris from the premises. • The vendor must perform mowing and weed whacking services 4 times a month, including trimming of grass around walkways, parking lots, and buildings. • The vendor must perform weed control services 1 time a month during the cutting season. • The vendor must take special care to avoid blowing cut grass onto State Police or personal vehicles. • The Commonwealth will pay only for services actually rendered, and there is no obligation to have the contractor perform any work or minimum amount under this contract.
