Lenovo Absolute Licenses **SBR ONLY** **Must be a Master Contractor**

The Comptroller of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Lenovo Absolute Control Licenses for a 48-month term, with a unit volume of 1,000-2,499 licenses. The contract is limited to certified small business vendors. The scope of work includes providing the licenses, with optional installation and training services, as well as manufacturer's software warranty and maintenance. The evaluation criteria include bid price and conformance with specifications. • The contract has a fixed price and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. • The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Lenovo and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor if requested. • The contract has a 48-month term, with pricing provided for at least 90 days after the due date. • The Master Contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free and provide all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or subject to in connection with the products.
