The State of Louisiana, through the Office of State Procurement, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide daily janitorial services for the Department of Public Safety – Office of Motor Vehicles located at 100 Veterans Blvd., New Orleans. The contract covers cleaning of a 11,576 sq ft facility five days per week, plus a monthly deep‑clean of a secured storage room. The initial award period runs from the date of award until 30 June 2027, with the option to renew twice for additional 12‑month periods (maximum 36 months).
