Annual Bids for County Supplies

The Union County Board of Supervisors is seeking bids for annual supplies, including slag and aggregate, liquid asphalt, liquid emulsions, cold mix, bituminous hot mix, and other road construction materials. The successful bidder will be required to provide workers' compensation and general liability insurance, as well as bonds as required by law. The bid must be signed, dated, and on company letterhead. The deadline for submitting a bid is 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. Some of the key items to be bid on include: • Slag and Aggregate at the plant • Liquid Asphalt Delivered • Liquid emulsions for the production of stockpile Cold Mix • Cold Mix mixed onsite at various Union County locations • Bituminous Hot Mix at the plant • Bituminous Hot Mix laid in place • Reclamation • County Road 4” Traffic Striping and Raised Pavement Reflexive Markers
