NAWCAD WOLF ASI Secure Executive Network Software Support (SENSS)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking a contractor to provide Secure Executive Network Software Support (SENSS) services. The contractor will be responsible for providing engineering and integration services for various airborne capabilities, including sensors, communications systems, weapons systems, and control technologies. The contract will be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) task order, with a base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and will be responsible for employing personnel with the necessary security clearances. Some key points to consider: • The contract will be for a base year and four option years, with a total estimated level of effort of 723,880 man-hours. • The contractor will be required to provide CPFF labor services, other direct costs (ODCs), and not separately priced (NSP) data and contractor-acquired property (CAP). • The contractor will be responsible for making all necessary travel arrangements and will be reimbursed for allowable travel costs. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cybersecurity and conflict of interest.
