Welding Gas & Cylinder Rental

The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to provide welding gas and cylinder rental. The contractor will be required to provide reliable parts availability to minimize asset downtime and maintain operational readiness. The contract will start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The vendor will be required to deliver materials and supplies within 5 business days of being ordered. The city reserves the right to request additional goods or services as necessary. Some key points to consider include: • The vendor must have a minimum of three years of experience providing parts for welding gas and cylinder rental. • The vendor must be capable of sourcing and supplying compatible replacement parts. • The vendor must comply with all applicable safety requirements. • The vendor must provide factory warranties on all materials furnished against defects in materials and/or workmanship. • The vendor must provide a will-call (pickup) option at a local facility, at the city's discretion.
