Description
The Indian Health Service is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing preventive maintenance services for Government-owned optometry equipment located at the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center. The contractor shall provide annual preventive maintenance inspections, calibration, cleaning, adjustment, testing, documentation, and reporting necessary to maintain equipment in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations or equivalent industry standards.
• The equipment inventory and detailed performance requirements are contained in the attached Statement of Work.
• The anticipated contract will have a 12-month base period with four one-year option periods.
• Interested firms are requested to submit company information, business size and socioeconomic status, capability statement, OEM authorization, and Buy Indian Act representation.
