The Alabama Department of Human Resources is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to perform a one‑time preventive‑maintenance (PM) visit at each of its county offices statewide during the July‑September 2026 window. The work is limited to inspection, filter replacement/cleaning, coil cleaning, minor repairs, and documentation; no new equipment installations or structural modifications are allowed. Contractors must hold all required Alabama HVAC, refrigeration, gas‑fitting, and EPA universal refrigerant certifications, and must provide EPA‑compliant reporting for any refrigerant loss. The solicitation is a Quick‑Quote (RFQ) and only firms that attended the mandatory site‑visit in round 1 are eligible.
