Description
The Alabama Department of Health Resources (DHR) is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to provide one‑time preventive‑maintenance (PM) and any required repair services for all DHR county offices throughout the state. The contractor must perform a full system inspection, replace/clean filters, clean coils, check refrigerant levels, lubricate moving parts, conduct water‑treatment testing where applicable, and document each visit with signed inspection forms and date‑stamped photos. Work must be completed between July 1 2026 and September 30 2026, with all repairs finalized by the end of September.
• Perform comprehensive PM tasks on each HVAC unit (filters, coils, belts, electrical checks, refrigerant verification, etc.).
• Provide water‑treatment testing and reporting for the 11 water‑treated sites.
• Submit signed inspection reports, photos, and water‑treatment documentation before leaving each site; all work must comply with EPA Section 608 and ASME boiler‑log requirements.
