Wireless AP Management Licenses | Network Switches

The New Albany School District is seeking quotes for Wireless AP Management Licenses and Network Switches. The project includes the purchase of 155 5-year wireless AP management subscriptions, 5 RUCKUS ICX 8200-24FX network fiber switches, and other network devices. Vendors must provide proof of registration with the SPIN for reimbursement under E-Rate guidelines. The district has a budget in mind for this project and reserves the right to reduce or eliminate any line item to remain within the budget. The winning vendor will be required to provide a contract within 1 week after the reverse auction date. Key requirements include: • Providing equipment and subscription information and specifications • Including shipping costs in the total bid amount • Maintaining all USAC certifications throughout the term of the contract • Generating an invoice for the USF portion of the bill in accordance with SPIN regulations • Supplying SPIN with a bid and filling out necessary paperwork for reimbursement
