REGIONAL TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking information from vendors who can provide Traffic Management Platform solutions. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information from various Traffic Management Platforms solutions and understand modern technology enhancements that are available in the intelligent traffic management space. The RFI may include demonstrations of the platform dashboard, benefits of system management partners, data sources, reporting, public outreach tracking, special event management, cross agency collaboration resources, and enhancing transit management services. Vendors are required to submit their responses by 10/28/2025 03:00:00 PM (PT). The response should include a cover letter, references, traffic management platform technical specifications, and additional requested information. • The RFI is open to vendors who can provide Traffic Management Platform solutions. • The response must be submitted by one vendor, and a team of vendors is not allowed. • The vendor should provide information on products and software that are directly produced and provided by one vendor. • The response should not include price proposals or offers, capability statements, white papers, or other company marketing materials. • The vendor should understand that the RFI is not a solicitation for a contract, and the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is not obligated to award a contract as a result of this RFI.
