Sole Source - Maintenance Support for InFor/EnRoute Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Software

The Escambia County Public Safety department is seeking a sole‑source vendor to provide comprehensive, 24/7/365 maintenance and support for its InFor/EnRoute Computer‑Aided Dispatch (CAD) software. The contractor must have full access to the proprietary source code, be able to deliver rapid outage response (within 5 minutes), perform routine updates, bug fixes, custom enhancements, and develop/maintain interfaces with multiple ancillary systems (e.g., 911 dump, mobile client, FireHouse, Patient Care Reporting).
