Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for as needed maintenance and repairs to the kitchen equipment and preventative maintenance and repairs to the ice machines at the Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The contract will be awarded to the bidder that best meets the requirements outlined in the IFB. The scope of work includes maintenance and repairs of kitchen appliances and ice machines, as well as preventative maintenance. The contract term will be upon award, and the estimated historical spend for similar services is $15,000.
