Retail Energy Provider (REP) Services

The Practical Purchasing Cooperative is seeking a Retail Energy Provider (REP) to provide competitive electricity pricing and contract options for Coop members. The successful bidder will be required to supply electric power in compliance with ERCOT protocols and Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) regulations, offer fixed, indexed, and/or hybrid pricing structures, and provide ongoing account management and customer support. The scope of work includes providing detailed usage data, reporting, and account analytics, as well as offering value-added programs such as demand response, energy efficiency, or similar services. The bidder will also be responsible for ensuring accurate billing and timely resolution of billing discrepancies.
