Rockwell Rejuvenation Services

The City of Modesto is seeking bids for Rockwell Rejuvenation Services, which includes vacuuming down existing Rockwell, removing existing corrugated core pipe, re-drilling existing Rockwell, and installing new core pipe and drain rock. The bid must include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, fuel, licenses, bonds, insurance, and other expenses necessary to perform the required services. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a bid. The successful bidder will be required to hold the City harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, judgments, or damages arising out of or related to the performance of the contract. • The bid must be submitted electronically through the City's OpenGov Procurement portal. • The bid must include a complete pricing schedule with estimated annual quantities and unit prices. • The bid must include all necessary documents, including a bid acknowledgement, pricing schedule, and any applicable certifications or endorsements. • The City reserves the right to award the contract to the bidder that best suits the City's needs, considering factors such as price, quality, and performance. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years. • The City requires the successful bidder to maintain certain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and pollution liability. • The City reserves the right to modify the contract or terminate it at any time, with or without cause.
