The State of California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified California‑certified small or micro business to provide comprehensive preventive‑maintenance, inspection, repair, and operational support services for commercial floor‑care equipment at its Veterans Home in West Los Angeles. The contract will be a three‑year “lowest responsible quote” award, with a total ceiling of $3,000 covering routine quarterly, semi‑annual, non‑emergency, and emergency services, plus a limited parts allowance.
