PREFAB GARAGE

The County of Westchester is seeking bids for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of a prefab garage for Westchester County Parks in Cross River, NY. The garage should be a 20 x 26 saltbox (single story) with smart panel T111 siding, multiple car garage collection, built on a customer-prepared concrete pad, with pressure-treated sill plate, 2 x 4 framing, 16" O.C., 8' wall height, two 8 x 7 overhead garage doors with no glass, two 30 x 40 vinyl windows (0.49 U-factor, not low-E) with trim, 3' single pre-hung entrance door with no glass, engineered trusses, 2" O.C. with truss screws, 12" overhangs on the back and sides, 30" overhang on the front, vented soffit and ridge vent, 5/12 roof pitch on the back, 10/12 roof pitch on the front, 7/16" OSB roof sheathing, roof underlayment, and 30-year architectural shingles. • The bid should include the price for the prefab garage, delivery, and installation. • The bidder should note any deviation from the specifications clearly on the bid form and submit circulars, specification sheets, or samples with the bid as explanation. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion thereof. • The bidder must warrant that the goods shall be delivered free of the rightful claim of any third person by way of infringement of patents, trademarks, or copyright. • The County encourages and supports significant participation by business enterprises that are service-disabled veteran-owned and minority and/or woman-owned for County contracts and purchases.
