RFP 27-07 Fire Department Uniforms

The City of Hammond is seeking a vendor to provide annual fire‑department uniforms, including shirts, pants, jackets, boots, belts, and accessories, with measurement, alteration, and patch‑sewing services. Orders will be placed on an “as‑needed” basis over a 12‑month contract that may be renewed twice. The vendor must supply new, unused garments that meet specified quality standards, absorb delivery costs, and handle individual employee packaging and labeling.
