On-Call Generator Service & Repairs

The County of Lexington is seeking a contractor to provide on-call generator service and repairs for its Building Services department. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and expertise necessary to perform the work. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. The contractor will be required to provide 24/7 emergency response service and to be on site at critical facilities within 2 hours of notification. The contractor will also be required to provide written scope of work and detailed cost estimates for each project, and to coordinate with County Facilities Management and/or designated representatives. Some key requirements for the contractor include: * Providing all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and expertise to perform the work * Providing 24/7 emergency response service * Being on site at critical facilities within 2 hours of notification * Providing written scope of work and detailed cost estimates for each project * Coordinating with County Facilities Management and/or designated representatives * Possessing the ability to provide 24/7 emergency response service to critical County infrastructure * Providing inspection reports, material specifications, warranty documentation, and as-built documentation if applicable
