VEHICLE LEASE - KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA (KSA)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking a contractor to provide vehicle lease services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The contractor will be required to supply a fleet of safe and operational vehicles, including mid-size and full-size sport utility vehicles (SUVs), to USACE personnel stationed in the KSA. The vehicles must meet specific requirements, including being in new or like-new condition, having a minimum engine displacement of 3.0 liters for mid-size SUVs and 3.5 liters for full-size SUVs, and being equipped with various safety features such as air bags, anti-lock brakes, and backup cameras. The contractor will be responsible for providing vehicle maintenance, repairs, and replacement, as well as delivering and collecting vehicles. The contract will have a base period of 12 months, with four optional 12-month periods. • The contractor must provide vehicles that meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must provide a replacement vehicle that meets the requirements and specifications for each vehicle being exchanged. • The contractor must coordinate delivery and collection of vehicles with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). • The contractor must provide vehicle breakdown/recovery service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. • The contractor must resolve complaints and disputes with the COR and notify the Contracting Officer if necessary.
