Description
The State of Alabama seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive lawn‑care services under a 5‑year master agreement for the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences headquarters in Auburn. Services include routine mowing, edging, weed‑eating, bed weeding, sidewalk and parking lot blowing, and seasonal fertilization/weed‑control applications. Work is scheduled bi‑weekly from April through November (18 visits) and monthly from December through March (4 visits), with seven fertilization/weed‑control applications spread throughout the year. Billing is to be done monthly by service type.
• Perform regular lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, weed‑eating) on a set schedule.
