Zero-Emission Electric Reach Stackers at the Port of Los Angeles

The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department has been awarded EPA funding for the Port of Los Angeles Clean Ports Program, which focuses on deploying zero emissions port equipment at the Port of Los Angeles. This RFP is for the procurement and deployment of two battery-electric reach stackers at the APM Terminal Pier 400. The selected Proposer will be required to provide equipment commissioning, telematics, training, warranty, and grant reporting. • The reach stackers must be battery-electric and produce zero tailpipe emissions. • The Proposer must provide two separate offers: one based on the Proposer’s standard model and one based on an optional model with specific capacities. • The delivery and commissioning of the electric Reach Stackers must take place by December 31, 2027. • The Proposer must comply with all EPA Clean Ports Program terms and conditions, as well as APMT’s terms and conditions.
