Animal Boarding Services

The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive animal boarding services for municipal animal programs. The contract will commence on or after January 1 2027 and run for a fixed five‑year term. Vendors must demonstrate at least three years of experience, possess a current Maricopa County Kennel Permit, and operate a commercially‑zoned facility within the Phoenix metropolitan area that enforces up‑to‑date vaccination policies. The scope includes daily and overnight daycare for cats and dogs of various weight classes, leash walks, group play, bathing, nail trims, medication administration, and optional services such as pool time and extended‑stay discounts.
