Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide aquarium and aviary maintenance services at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, Wisconsin. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining five aquariums and three aviaries, including cleaning, feeding, and replenishing supplies. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies.
• The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the services.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services.
• The contractor must comply with all VA security, safety, and privacy policies.
• The contractor must provide training to VA staff on cleaning procedures.
• The contractor must adhere to all records management laws and regulations.
