Description
The Oregon City School District No. 62 is requesting competitive sealed and written proposals from qualified firms to provide code required Special Inspection services and Soils / Geotechnical Field inspections and monitoring services for the OCSD 2025 Bond Projects. The projects include major renovations at several elementary schools and Career and Technical Education (CTE) renovations at Oregon City High School. The selected firm will be expected to coordinate closely with the Construction Manager/General Contractor and the District's assigned Project Manager. The proposal should include a one-page cover letter, Attachment A - Proposal Certification Form, and address all evaluation criteria.
• The firm should have experience in providing code required special inspections services and geotechnical field monitoring services similar to that listed in the RFP.
• The firm should have experience working with school districts, architects, project managers, permitting officials, neighbors, subcontractors, and community members as an integrated team.
• The firm should be able to provide a description of the team that will be supporting this work, including key office staff, direct contacts, project managers, and lead installers.
• The firm should be able to provide a high-level resume for these positions in the appendix.
• The firm should be able to complete the Price Proposal, Attachment C, and include it in the response.
