This solicitation seeks qualified engineering‑consultant firms to provide a range of engineering services for various, unspecified “miscellaneous” projects undertaken by the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority. Bidders must be knowledgeable about Rural Utility Service (RUS) rules and regulations and, if eligible, submit Preference Priority Certification under Navajo procurement statutes.
