The University Medical Center (UMC) is seeking bids for the build-out of a new Quick Care facility located at 2100 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The project involves renovating a 14,239 square foot standalone building, formerly a CVS space, to create a new healthcare facility. The scope of work includes demolition, addition of walls and finishes, and upgrades to the existing HVAC rooftop units. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk on November 18, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. • Bidders must submit their questions and requests for clarification by November 26, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. • Bid documents, specifications, and drawings are available on the NGEM System. • UMC aims to issue any necessary addenda by December 3, 2025, but reserves the right to issue them after that date. • Responses will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website on or before December 10, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
