Description
The City of Los Angeles, Office of Finance is seeking information on pricing estimates and service offerings from qualified firms for consulting services to assist with the creation of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the renewal of the City Banking Services Contract. The selected firm will work with the City to define a comprehensive program plan, oversee and manage transition activities, and provide implementation oversight and quality assurance. The scope of work includes five phases: strategy, procurement - solicitation development, procurement - RFP processes, selected vendor(s) contract(s) negotiations, and banking services implementation and transition.
• The City is seeking a firm with experience in project management, procurement, and implementation of banking services.
• The firm will work with the City to develop a solicitation package, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts with selected vendors.
• The firm will provide implementation oversight and quality assurance services to ensure compliant and high-quality vendor performance.
• The City anticipates awarding multiple contracts with potentially multiple firms to provide various banking services.
