The Tuckahoe Union Free School District is soliciting a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, district‑wide grounds‑maintenance services for its two school campuses. The contract covers routine mowing, trimming, leaf and debris removal, weed control, hedge and mulch maintenance, storm‑drain cleaning, and related reporting. Services must be performed on a 4‑ to 7‑day mowing cycle, with weekly leaf removal in the fall, and comply with school‑calendar timing restrictions. The contractor must own specific equipment, respond to emergency calls, and meet prevailing‑wage, insurance, and safety requirements. Optional alternatives for lawn‑restoration and snow‑removal may be awarded in addition to the base contract.
