Missoula County is seeking a fully integrated, NENA‑compliant Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) software system that will replace its current scripted protocol process and tightly interface with the county’s existing New World CAD platform and Motorola Vesta 9‑1‑1 telephony system. The contractor must supply the software, install any needed hardware or cabling, deliver extensive training (both classroom and e‑learning), provide 24/7 technical support, and maintain the system for at least one year with optional extensions up to five years. The solution must include automated quality‑assurance reporting, customizable dashboards, and ongoing protocol updates from the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch.
