Water Weight Rental

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the rental of water weight and water pumping equipment for crane load testing at Albeni Falls Dam. The rental period is for 5 days. The required equipment includes water bags, water pumps, shackles, master links, flow meters, and load cells. The contractor must provide written instructions, drawings, and diagrams on the proper and safe use of the water weight equipment. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is compatible as a working system and suitable for the intended crane load testing application. • Water bags with a capacity of 35T per bag • Water pumps with a required flow rate of approximately 200 GPM • Shackles with a capacity of 85T WLL or greater • Master links with a capacity of 85T WLL or greater • Flow meters with current calibration certificates • Load cells with current calibration certificates
