Description
The City of Pensacola Housing Department is seeking licensed, insured real‑estate appraisers to join a pre‑qualified pool that will provide “as‑is” and “after‑rehabilitation” valuations for properties funded by CDBG, CDBG‑DR, HOME and SHIP programs, as well as vacant or undeveloped parcels. The agreement is non‑exclusive and on‑as‑needed basis; the City may award multiple contracts or none. Appraisers must submit a sealed or electronic proposal by 2:30 PM CT on 6 Oct 2026 and may be required to present to the selection committee. Evaluation will weight timeliness, cost, experience, references, and licensing compliance.
