Description
The Executive Office of Education is seeking quotes for accessibility services to support EOE and EOE agencies. The goal of this RFQ is to solicit quotes from ITS82 Category A-E vendors for ongoing accessibility services. Bidders can submit proposals for one or more categories of work, for which they are qualified under ITS82. The responses to this RFQ will be evaluated based on criteria including cost, business and technical approach, demonstrated previous experience with accessibility standards, proposed staff qualifications and capabilities, and quality and completeness of written response and business references.
• The RFQ includes evaluation criteria such as technical expertise and prior experience testing systems for compliance with accessibility standards, laws, and regulations.
• The Bidder's proposed technical approach to meeting the RFQ specifications, including clarity, comprehensiveness, relevance, accuracy, methodology, and approach to deliverables, will be evaluated.
• The Bidder's demonstrated previous experience with WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and applicable state accessibility standards, performing similar projects related to accessibility, will be considered.
• The Bidder's proposed staff qualifications and capabilities, project management, capacity, and reporting will be evaluated.
