Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking a qualified vendor to administer its dental benefits program for state employees, COBRA participants, and a special group of ≈ 560 other subscribers. The contract includes duplicating the existing plan design, implementing any collective‑bargaining driven changes, and providing full end‑to‑end administration (eligibility, enrollment, claims processing, member services, reporting, and compliance). The vendor must submit a detailed implementation plan within one week of Governor & Executive Council approval, maintain a robust NH dental network, and provide performance guarantees of at least $100 k per year.
