Description
The State of Nevada National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive exterior painting services for the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) at the Harry Reid Training Center in Stead, NV. The work includes condition assessment, pressure‑washing, masonry repair, sealant and caulking replacement, surface preparation, spot‑priming, metal component preparation and painting, application of a high‑performance coating system, and a final inspection with touch‑up. The contract will be a two‑year, lump‑sum award with a mandatory one‑year workmanship and materials warranty. Vendors must meet Nevada business‑license, insurance, and lobbying‑certification requirements, and may claim a 5 % Nevada‑based business preference.
