Wauchula Hills Phase 7.0 Water and Sewer Improvements

The project calls for the complete design‑build installation of new water and sewer infrastructure serving the Wauchula Hills Phase 7.0 community, including a lift station, extensive force and gravity mains, water mains, fire hydrants, and the abandonment of existing septic systems, with associated road and site restoration. • Install a 12‑ft diameter submersible duplex lift station. • Provide approximately 2,500 ft of 6‑in & 8‑in force main and 4,000 ft of 8‑in gravity sewer. • Lay roughly 8,400 ft of water mains ranging from 6‑in to 12‑in, install fire hydrants and lateral connections. • Abandon existing septic tanks and perform necessary asphalt road and site restoration. • Extend water and sewer services from the property line to individual building connections.
