HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SERVICES

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services at the STA Fort Macon location in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacements of HVAC equipment. The contract will be for a base year with four optional 12-month extension years. The contractor must have experience with HVAC systems and be able to provide qualified personnel and equipment to perform the required services. Some key responsibilities include: performing routine preventative maintenance, responding to service calls, and replacing air filters. The contractor will be required to submit a quality control plan and provide progress reports and inspection checklists. • Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment • Respond to service calls and repair or replace equipment as needed • Replace air filters and clean condenser coils • Provide a quality control plan and progress reports • Submit inspection checklists and maintenance records • Ensure all work is done in accordance with the contract and applicable laws and regulations
