Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking a certified small‑business vendor that is an authorized Cisco reseller and a Master Contractor under the COTS 2012 contract to provide a one‑year subscription and support package for Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) Port Security. The award will be limited to Small Business Reserve (SBR) certified firms. The scope includes delivery of three Cisco ISE subscription products (ISESECSUB, ISE‑ELIC, ISE‑PLIC) with specified license quantities, and basic Cisco support for the contract period (11/01/2026 – 10/31/2027). Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system by 2:00 PM on 2 Oct 2026; questions are due by 29 Sep 2026. Evaluation will be based primarily on low price and conformance to the scope.
• Required product: Cisco ISE Subscription (SE, Essentials, Premier) with 1, 2,000, and 8,000 licenses respectively.
• Contract length: 12 months (Nov 2026 – Oct 2027).
• Mandatory SBR certification and Master Contractor status under COTS 2012 (060B2490021).
• Submission via eMMA; pricing must remain valid for 90 days.
• Award based on lowest responsive bid that meets all technical requirements.
