Description
The City of Pawtucket is seeking a contractor to provide full revaluation services for all real property in the city, effective December 31, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for completing a statistical revaluation program, which includes data collection, analysis, and reporting. The contractor must have experience with the Vision Appraisal CAMA system and must provide a list of previous projects completed using this system.
