On-Call Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Services

The City of Seattle’s Department of Finance and Administrative Services (Capital Development) is seeking qualified mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering firms to serve on an on‑call basis for a five‑year period ending in 2031. Up to three contracts, each not to exceed $2 million, will be awarded to firms that can provide studies, design, permitting support, construction administration, and system integration for a variety of public‑works facilities. The solicitation includes an optional pre‑submittal conference, a mandatory qualifications submission deadline of 5 pm on October 14, 2026, and a question‑submission deadline of October 7, 2026.
